TNS claimed a tight 1-0 win over Aberystwyth Town in the Genero Adran Premier on Sunday.
A Lia Lewis second-half penalty was all that separated the sides on the coast.
Aberystwyth Town started on the front foot with Lily Moralee-Hughes firing wide inside the opening five minutes while Shauna Chambers dragged a shot wide from 25 yards.
Poppy Kendrick-Jones, Tiggy Webb, Lexi Jones and Lewis spurned openings as the first-half ended goalless.
