THREE of Oswestry streets have an average house value of more than £500,000, according to research.
And three of the town’s least expensive roads are all around or below the £85,000 mark in research taken from the last five years of housing data.
According to the statistics, released by professional fast sales company Property Solvers, the most expensive road to live in Oswestry is Salter Close, off Weston Lane, at £562,500.

That is swiftly followed by nearby Morda Close at exactly £505,000 while in third spot is Queens Park which is also £505,000.
In fourth is Morda Road at £476,250 while in Middleton Road, properties are on average £455,250.
The list is completed by Queens Road at £430,333; Cottams Meadow at £391,428; Hampton Road at £375,400; Lower Haford at £375,000 and in 10th spot, Glentworth at £368,666.
Meanwhile, the least expensive road to live in Oswestry is Abraham Court, in Lutton Close, at just £75,836.
Second in that list is Upper Church Street at £84,000 and then Oswald Road – all town centre addresses – at £85,200.
Fourth is Regency Court at £92,815 which is followed by Castle Street at £95,000 and then in sixth spot is Beatrice Court, in Gittin Street, at £99,383.

The least expensive road list is completed by Upper Lord Street at £99,500; Ash Road at £104,362; Castle Street again at £107,625 and finally Llwyn Road at £113,785.
Property Solvers co-founder Ruban Selvanayagam said: “To keep the data less skewed, we only ranked the streets that had over three sales.
“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property in Morda Road (SY11) sold for £895,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £55,000 and under on Abraham Court (SY11), Abraham Court (SY11) and Regent Court (SY11).”
