PizzaExpress has launched a Spring menu for its customers to indulge in.
The new menu includes the Romana Garlic Prawn pizza, the Romana Vegan Mezze and a vegan-friendly Baked Garlic Mushroom.
A recipe refresh has been given to the Leggera pizza, a healthier alternative with a salad-filled hole in the middle.
The new pizza and salad options have a third of the calories that the Romana pizza does.
New Leggara pizzas include Pomodoro, Garlic Prawn and Quattro Verdure.
Multicoloured baby plum tomatoes, fresh baby spinach and rocket are also being added to the menu along with the new-recipe Vegan Nourish Bowl which includes mixed grains, garlic tenderstem broccoli, roasted peppers, baby spinach, cucumber, artichokes and houmous.
If you look forward to a sweet treat after your meal, you’ll be pleased to know that five desserts have been added to the PizzaExpress Spring menu, including Sicilian Lemon and White Chocolate Roulade, Olive Oil and Blood Orange Ripple Gelato, Stracciatella Gelato and Vegan Watermelon Sorbet.
New drinks such as Naturally Pink Apple Juice, Pornstar Martini and Campari Negroni are also on the menu.
The Spring menu is available in all PizzaExpress pizzerias across the UK from Tuesday, March 22.

Jane Treasure, Food and Beverage Director at PizzaExpress, said: “We’re delighted to announce our new spring menu, which is a real celebration of seasonality, fresh ingredients, bright colours and innovative flavours.
“It is a joy developing new dishes for our customers, whether we’re taking recipe inspiration from our archives, Leggera first launched in 2009, developing new vegan garlic spread to sit alongside our iconic garlic butter or modern twists, our new Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Blood Orange gelato, the new dishes give our customers even more delicious choice when dining with us.
“The new spring menu arrives hot on the heels of our new lunchtime pizza wraps, so whatever your pizza occasion, your favourite favour or dietary needs we’re sure we’ve got it covered.”
