CHIRK AAA will not surrender hopes of JD Cymru North survival despite the departure of several players.
The January transfer window has already led to the exit of several players from Holyhead Road with Dale Davies departing to JD Cymru North side Bangor 1876 and Jake Jones also making the move to Porthmadog.
Forward Ed Baker has also joined Ardal North East League side Llansantffraid.
However Colliers coach Gary Jones insisted new blood would be added to the squad in coming weeks with goalkeeper James Edwards linking up with the JD Cymru North basement side on loan from runaway JD Cymru Premier champions TNS.
The Colliers have also signed defender James Etherington from North East Wales League side Brymbo and 25-year-old centre back Caleb Davies also makes the step up from the same level having represented Rhostyllen.

Jones said: "The transfer window has been a good opportunity for us to add a couple players to the squad.
"We’ve signed James Etherington, Caleb Davies and Jack Edwards on loan from TNS and we are hoping to add more before the closure."
However, the Colliers remain deep in the relegation mire and desperately need a run of points to start climbing the table after fellow strugglers Llanidloes Town overcame their own troubled season by claiming a point against Prestatyn Town on Saturday.
That result, coupled with Chirk's defeat against Holywell Town, left the Colliers propping up the rest of the division.
Jones said the management and players would take the positives from defeat.
He said: "It was a good performance against Holywell and we were unfortunate not to take a point but we can take good momentum into a crunch game with Bangor on Saturday.
"Nobody's heads have dropped and we are determined to start climbing the table toward safety."
