TNS 3 Penybont 2
THE New Saints staged a dramatic fightback to overturn a two goal interval deficit and silence JD Cymru Premier leaders Penybont at Park Hall on Saturday.
The Saints started on top with Ashley Baker denied from close range by goalkeeper Adam Przybek who was fortunate not to concede a 17th minute penalty after appearing to clatter into Ben Clark.
Penybont led on 25 minutes with James Crole racing onto Nathan Wood's throughball to slot home and just five minutes later Crole completed his double after more good work by Wood.

TNS were back in the game early in the second-half with a free-kick from Clark on the left of the penalty area found the head of Josh Pask inside the box who glanced home.
Crole was denied his hat-trick on 56 minutes with Pask blocking Wood's follow up effort and five minutes later Roberts pulled off a fine save to tip Kane Owen's free-kick around the post.
The Saints were level on 65 minutes with Danny Davies headed home Ryan Brobbbel's left wing cross.
Both sides threw caution to the wind in the closing stages but glory belonged to the hosts as captain Danny Redmond curled home through the crowded penalty area and into the far corner from just outside the penalty area with two minutes remaining.
TNS: Roberts, Pask, Redmond, D Williams, Oteh, McGahey, J Williams, Clark (Cieslewicz 81), Davies, Baker (Holden 81), Wilson (Brobbel 60). Subs: Karolan, Bodenham, Smith, Jones.
