Churches and chapels in and around Oswestry are up for auction later this month.
The religious properties form the core of a collective property and land auction by Halls at their Battlefield headquarters in Shrewsbury on November 29 at 3pm.
The places of worship in Shropshire and Mid Wales have guide prices ranging from £10,000 to £200,000.
Among the properties is the Old Hope Church on Laburnum Drive, Oswestry, with a guide price of £180,000 to £200,000.
The church, with a gross internal floor area of 7,105 square feet, has planning consent for conversion into a 22-bedroom house in multiple occupation.
Halls Commercial, handling the sale, said the two storey, brick building has potential for a range of commercial or residential uses, subject to planning consent.
The ground floor has 4,204 sq ft of internal floor area while the first floor extends to 2,414 sq ft and planning consent has been granted for a 749 square metre extension.
Located in a residential area, the property has disabled access and a parking area.
Maesbrook Methodist Chapel, Maesbrook, near Oswestry, has a guide price of £30,000 to £40,000.
Halls describe it as an "interesting renovation project" for the successful bidder.
The chapel, believed to have been built in 1899, extends to about a third of an acre.
It has many original features and possesses charm and character.
It enjoys a rural setting with open outlooks, a garden area, and parking for several vehicles.
Halls said the building has potential to be used as a home, Airbnb, offices, or for leisure purposes, subject to planning consent.
The extensive internal accommodation includes the chapel area, an additional meeting room with kitchen, storeroom, WC, and a front entrance porch.
The height of the chapel area makes a second floor possible.
The chapel is situated just outside the rural hamlet of Maesbrook and six miles from Oswestry.
The buyer will take on responsibility for the adjacent burial ground which will have right of access for burials and visiting of graves.
The third property, Grade II listed Asterley Methodist Chapel, Asterley, near Shrewsbury, has a guide price of £10,000 to £15,000.
The single cell, primitive Methodist church is believed to date to 1834 and retains many original features.
These include six attractive arched windows, timber panelling, and a wooden pulpit.
The ceiling height makes a second or mezzanine floor possible.
The chapel has an entrance porch and a concreted and gravelled area to the front of the building.
The fourth religious building on offer in the auction is Zion Baptist Chapel, Newtown, an imposing Grade II listed chapel with a guide price of £100,000 to £120,000.
The chapel has been a place of worship since 1801.
It has a classical front in brick and freestone with a shaped gable above a huge Corinthian façade with portico and pillars.
The lavish interior includes a rectangular congregation hall, raked gallery on iron columns, vaulted ceiling, and grey marble columns.
James Evans, a director of Halls, said: "This wonderful building, which is more like a cathedral than a chapel, has huge potential to continue as a religious place of worship or for mixed use as offices, workshops, leisure purposes or even residential."
