A CHURCH near Ellesmere will be extending a festive welcome to locals and the wider community when it holds its annual Christmas Fair at the end of the month.
The event will be held at St John the Evangelist Church in Colemere, near Ellesmere, on Saturday, November 30.
The event will have stallholders and plenty of seasonal goods on offer and an early mince pie and more for people wanting to kickstart their Christmas.

A spokesman for the event urged people to come along and support it where possible.

They said: “A wide range of gift ideas, including knitwear and jewellery, together with local produce, will be on offer from stallholders at St John the Evangelist Church, Colemere, between 10am and 1pm on Saturday, November 30.
“Mulled wine, mince pies and other seasonal refreshments will be available, and organisers will be tempting visitors with a giant Christmas hamper as a raffle prize.”
