A CAR was left nearly on its side on a rural Oswestry road after a near-miss, police officers have revealed.
Officers from Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) took to X – formerly Twitter – to show off the white Audi vehicle which was ditched onto a roadside bank/hedge near Selattyn outside Oswestry.
The white Audi was also left with damage down its right flank following a collision a light blue Volvo vehicle in the incident that happened around 11.15am on Friday.

They said that some injuries were received by passengers.
Oswestry SNT tweeted: “(Accident) between Selattyn and Wern in Bath Banks.
“No serious injuries, but a vehicle awaiting recovery estimated around an hour.”
