An Oswestry woman has been cleared in court of hitting an emergency worker after no evidence was offered against her.
Clare Janicki, 39 and of Hawthorn Grove, appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Thursday, November 11 accused of attacking a police community support officer (PCSO).

She pleaded not guilty to the offence, which took place in Oswestry on February 8 last year.
However, Recorder Julian Taylor was told by prosecuting barrister Suzanne Francis that "it was not in the public interest" to continue and offered no evidence.
A not guilty verdict was recorded.
