The pair are regarded as two of the biggest names in young adult fiction with McManus’s ‘One of Us is Lying’ spending five years on The New York Times Best Seller List.

McManus and Barnes will be travelling around the UK in November and Carrie Morris, owner of Booka, admitted she was delighted to be able to secure an evening on the tour.

She said: “It's quite a coup to be part of their book tour and also provides access for readers to events they would normally have to travel to a city for.”
