Oswestry’s St.Oswald, King & Martyr Church celebrated the conclusion of their 150th-anniversary festivities with a special service.
The celebration marked the anniversary of G.E.Street’s Victorian restoration, featuring the Bishop of Lichfield, the Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire, and MP Helen Morgan.
In his sermon, the Bishop highlighted Oswestry's rich history and St. Oswald's role in fostering hope and reconciliation among diverse peoples.
The church's vicar, Rev. Harvey Gibbons, expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the celebrations and the cultural events held over the past four months.
