Fire crews were called out to the scene of a car fire beside the A5 on Friday evening (September 27).
Shropshire Fire & Rescue Service was called after the fire in a car close to the Lion Quays Hotel beside the A5.
One fire appliance was called from Oswestry, however the fire was out on arrival and crews made a "thorough inspection" of the vehicle using a thermal imaging camera.
Crews were called at 6.20pm, with the stop message indicating that no further help was required issued at 6.42pm.
