A man in his 50s has died after a van crashed into a field near Oswestry.
Emergency services were called to a Knockin on Monday evening (September 23) following reports that a vehicle left the road and collided into a nearby field.
Firefighters from Oswestry and Baschurch, a team from West Midlands Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police were sent to the incident.

West Mercia Police confirmed that a man who was inside the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene.
A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "We were called to a single vehicle collision on the B4396 in Knockin yesterday (Monday 23 September), at around 5.20pm.
"Unfortunately, a man in his 50s was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was involved or injured."
A spokesperson for Shropshire fire and Rescue Service said: “At 17:21 on Monday September, 23, Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service Fire Control received a call reporting that a road traffic collision had taken place in Oswestry.
“Two fire appliances were mobilised from Baschurch and Oswestry. An operations officer was in attendance.
“Also at the scene of the incident were the land ambulance service and the police.
“The incident involved a road traffic collision involving one van which had left the carriageway and come to rest in field.”
