A main road in Gobowen will be having daytime closures at the end of the month.
Shropshire Council have confirmed that Whittington Road in Gobowen will be closed during school hours at the end of September.
The closures will be happening between Monday September 23 and Friday September 27.

Shropshire Council have confirmed that these will be happening between 9:30am and 3:30pm every day.
According to Selattyn and Gobowen Parish Council the closure will be in place as “Openreach are carrying out works in the area” they added “the section affected by the closure is between the junctions with Southlands Avenue and Agnes Hunt village.
"The diversion will be signposted.”
The official diversion will be 8.04 km and add about eight minutes to journey times in the area.
