A man charged in connection with a stabbing incident on the outskirts of Oswestry has appeared before a judge at the crown court.
Robert North, 24, from Weston Close in Morda, is accused of six offences following an incident in the village on July 20.
He has been charged with two counts of wounding with intent, two counts of possession of a knife blade or sharp pointed article in a public place and two counts of assaulting a person thereby occasioning them actual bodily harm.
On Monday, August 19, North stood in the dock flanked by a security officer to confirm his name at Telford Justice Centre.

No pleas were entered before Recorder Christopher Millington who adjourned and fixed a new date for the plea and trial preparation hearing which is expected to take place on Monday, September 9.
North, who was looking down at the floor during the hearing, was told by the judge that he should attend that hearing next month.
Recorder Millington also fixed a trial date for January 6 which is estimated to take four days.
North was told that he must be remanded in custody until his next court appearance.
