In June, the British Ironwork Centre in Oswestry teamed up with The Fron Male Voice Choir for an exclusive ‘Voices of the Valley’ concert.
This stunning event, the centre's first of its kind, combined music with crucial fundraising efforts for the NHS.
It was held within the centre's large marquees, and saw a large turnout from people in the community and beyond.
Ticket sales were pledged to the NHS and on the day, a live poll took place asking attendees to determine which sector of the healthcare service should receive the money.

The popular choice was The Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital (RJAH), a Gobowen-based hospital where the public feel like that more support is needed to improve the lives of those visiting the hospital.
A few weeks after the concert, two RJAH representatives visited the Ironworks and were handed a cheque for £3,500, raised entirely from ‘Voices of the Valley’ ticket sales.
The British Ironwork Centre thanked The Fron Male Voice Choir and RJAH staff Melanie Bygrave, office manager and assistant to the charity director, and Julia Morgan, charity manager, who collected the cheque.
In the aftermath of the concert, the Ironworks received immense public interest in a future event from The Fron Male Voice Choir.
