Employees from an Oswestry company will be taking on the tallest peaks in Wales in just 24 hours.

Oswestry based technology firm, Specialist Network Operations Ltd (SNO) have decided as part of their ‘giving back to the community’ program, to take on the famous three peaks challenge in just one day.

The demanding challenge to raise funds for local charity, Hope House and Ty Goblaith.

The nine-strong team of SNO employees will embark on the Welsh Three Peak Challenge on August 2.

The team said it “promises to be an exhilarating journey to conquer the highest peaks in North, Mid and South Wales”.

The adventure will take the SNO team to the summits of Snowdon, Cadair Idris and Pen Y Fan while “testing their endurance and determination”.
