SERVICES to Chester running through Gobowen are currently blocked or cancelled, according to Transport for Wales (TfW).
According to TfW’s website, services through the station are currently cancelled because of an operational incident but has not specified the cause of the incident.
It says a train is currently being held at Gobowen.

TfW says it is expecting disruption to remain in place until at least 4pm and the when allowed to move, the train will terminate at Chester.
This means the service is cancelled between Chester and stations to Holyhead, its final destination.
A spokesman said: “If one of our trains is delayed or cancelled and you arrive at your destination station more than 15 minutes later than scheduled, you can claim compensation through 'Delay Repay'.”
