After a major refurbishment, Smales Cottages in Oswestry have announced a vacancy.
The trustees of the Eure and Smale Charity, supported by Oswestry Town Council, are advertising for a tenant at 10 Smales Cottages.
This one-bedroom property is ideal for single persons, and it has a living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and small garden.
It also includes access to a communal washing machine.
The weekly management fee is £113, and the cottage is unfurnished.

To qualify, individuals must fall under the charity’s remit to house "needy persons" who are of good character and have lived in Oswestry for at least a year prior to application.
The refurbishment is expected to finish in early September.
