A STRETCH of the A5 will be closed tonight (Monday, July 8) for roadworks.
The road will be closed in both directions between the between Halton and Gledrid roundabouts, from 7pm tonight until 6am tomorrow.
The reason for the closure is to allow cyclic maintenance works to take place.
Traffic will be diverted the via B5070 through Chirk.
