A SMELL of gas at Oswestry’s McDonald’s Restaurant on Wednesday afternoon was enough for Shropshire firefighters to be called out.

Upon arrival, firefighters found no evidence of any leaks and a Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service (SFRS) spokesman confirmed no further action was taken.
