THE A483 just north of Oswestry has reopened after a collision closed it earlier today (June 2).
Traffic Wales first reported a road traffic collision having occurred near Chirk just before 1pm.
The incident occurred on the A483/A5 southbound at Chirk, resulting in heavy congestion.
The road has now reopened, with Traffic Wales tweeting an update a 2.37pm, which said: “Incident now clear. Heavy congestion remains in the area.”
