RHYS Edwards struck twice but it was not enough to prevent Chirk AAA bidding farewell to JD Cymru North with a 3-2 defeat at Buckley Town on Friday night.
Connor Littler and Dave Burgess goals gave the Stags the lead before Edwards reduced the arrears before the break.
Littler completed his double with 15 minutes remaining but there was still time for the Colliers only for Max McLaughlin to spurn a penalty before Edwards netted his second of the night with a few minutes remaining.
