A road on the outskirts of Oswestry is closed this evening (Wednesday, April 24) following a collision, police have said.
Motorists have been told to find an alternative route while the A495 road between Oswestry and Whittington is closed.
Shortly after 8pm, West Mercia Police said Whittington Road near the A5 roundabout was shut.
Traffic monitoring website Inrix also confirmed that the road between the Whittington roundabout and Burma Road was closed in both directions.
