Shropshire has been named among the parts of the country with the most spacious areas for home buyers.
Companies MG Timber and Online Marketing Surgery developed a garden space report revealing the regions in the UK with the largest outdoor space area.
The report showcases the best areas to buy houses with a garden, in light of first-time buyers facing exceptionally high home prices and mortgages.
A home’s garden aspect has become a determining factor in many family home purchases.
The report’s key findings indicate that Cornwall leads the ranks with the largest private outdoor space measuring 103,535,976m2.
From the top five areas offering the most green space, three are located in the South West of England, while four of the five offering the least garden space are in London.
The South East of England is the region with the most outdoor space, totalling 1,213,603,579m2.
On the other hand, the North East of England offers the least garden space measuring 213,865,110m2.

The area has a population of around 323,600.
