The area with the worst drivers in North Shropshire have been revealed.
Information released by the DVLA has revealed that the SY10 Postcode which covers the area south of Oswestry and the Welsh border had the worst drivers - with the most points per license in the whole area.
The postcode had 823 driving license points for the 13,598 drivers who are registered in the area more per head than Oswestry, Ellesmere or Whitchurch.

Whitchurch and Oswestry came out roughly the same - with 936 license points for the over 17,000 drivers in the Whitchurch area and 1,094 driving license points for the over 21,000 drivers in Oswestry.
However the DVLA revealed that the safest area in the region was Ellesmere with driver there only having 346 points the over 7,000 drivers who live in the area – much lower than anywhere else in the region.
