AN OSWESTRY pub is celebrating after it was awarded a top rating for food and hygiene this month.
The Fox Inn, in Church Street, was rated five stars by the Food Standards Agency (FSA) on Wednesday, April 3 according to the regulator's website.
The popular pub is best known for its many decorations at different times of the year, from giant poppies to remember the fallen of both world wars or its stunning Christmas decorations.

The pub has outside dining options and also plays lots of live music too.
Meanwhile, workers at an Ellesmere business are also celebrating after the staff canteen was declared to have a five-star kitchen also.
The FSA confirmed that Olive Catering, based at ABP Ellesmere, in Hordley, was awarded the rating on Tuesday, April 2.
