Llansilin Show has made a generous donation to the Wales Air Ambulance ahead of this year’s event.
The show's committee presented the charity a cheque with the money raised from last summer's "very successful" show and sheepdog trials.
Val Jones from the committee presented the cheque of £300 to a representative of the charity which they describe as being “vital to the local community”.

A spokesperson from the show committee said “We were delighted to present a cheque for £300 to the Wales Air Ambulance Charity from the proceeds of the very successful Llansilin Show and Sheepdog trials held last August.
“With Llansilin being a rural location Wales Air Ambulance is vitally important to the community.
"Every year the four helicopters attend around 3,500 missions saving precious time and saving lives.
"They rely entirely on charitable donations to raise the money to keep the helicopters in the air and the rapid response vehicles on the road across Wales.”
This year the Llansilin Show will be held over the August bank holiday weekend with the main show being held on Monday, August 26.
"Come along and enjoy a great day out," a spokesperson added.
