A fallen tree on a main road near Oswestry is causing delays to traffic in the area.
A tree that has fallen in the bad weather this morning on the main road from Maesbury to the A483 is slowing down traffic in the area.
West Mercia Police have said that the tree is only blocking one lane of the road so it is passable but they are advising drivers to use another route if possible.

They also confirmed that the council would be clearing the tree at some point later today
Oswestry Safer Neighbourhood Teams said on a post online: "Maesbury Road blockage A483 to Maesbury.
"Vehicles can pass on one side so not fully blocked but please consider using other routes to avoid delay. Council have been informed to remove."
