A TEENAGE golfer ended in the top 10 at the Royal Malta Junior International in Malta last week.
Louis Rickett from Shrewsbury is a member at Oswestry Golf Club and The Astbury and one the county’s leading junior golfers with two county champion titles under his belt.

The 14-year-old was among a field of more than 100 players from across the world, many having plus figure handicaps.
After round one Louis was leading the Royal Malta Junior International shooting an impressive score of 3 under before strong winds made the next two rounds tougher.
Despite the change in conditions the teenager held his nerve over the three days eventually to finish inside the top 10 - an incredible achievement for one of the youngest in the field.
