If you spot Chinook helicopters hovering over north Shropshire in the coming days, this is why.
Camera club member Steve Beech has shared this fantastic picture of RAF Chinooks at RAF Shawbury.
The helicopters belong to 18(B) Squadron based at RAF Odiham and have been deployed to RAF Shawbury on a routine exercise deployment until March 15.

An RAF spokesman said: "They will be completing mountain flying and additionally Electronic Warfare training in the RAF Spadeadam range.
"Such training enables RAF crews to train in varied environments in preparation for operations across the globe."
The RAF and in his case, Chinook helicopter crews, use a variety of training areas around the whole of the UK for training and vary their routes and training locations to maximise training benefit.
