The defendant is also facing sentencing for conspiracy to supply controlled drugs.
His sentencing was deferred by Recorder Joanne Barker for a pre-sentence report.
Defending barrister Robert Edwards told the court that his client had driven another man from Oswestry to Wrexham, and at the start of the journey, was not aware that it was related to drugs.
However, Mr Edwards added, he was aware by the end of the journey.

Recorder Butcher said: “She said: “All options are open to the sentencing judge.

“I want you to understand that no promises are made just because a pre-sentence report has been ordered.”
