A MAJOR bus company in north Shropshire has applied for the discharge of a condition placed on its approved expansion plans.
Lakeside Coaches, in Ellesmere, applied for the discharge of the condition to Shropshire Council for the formation of additional car parking/coaches space and surrounding works, which was approved in June 2022.
A condition placed on the approval was that prior to the building of any external lighting on the site, a lighting plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
