A CHIRK man accused of inciting a teenager to perform a sexual act and send inappropriate images will face a crown court hearing next month.
Jamie Morgan, 33 and of Charles Street, in Chirk, appeared at Wrexham Magistrates' Court on Thursday, October 5, and did not enter a plea.
The court heard that he faces two charges – attempting to incite a child aged between 13-15 into sexual activity and also engaging in sexual communication with a child, in the form of requesting inappropriate images.

The offences are alleged to have taken place last year.
Morgan will be expected to enter his first plea at Mold Crown Court on Friday, November 3.
He was given conditional bail.
