A MAN must not enter Oswestry as part of his bail conditions ahead of a trial for making threats to kill and assault charges.
James Rowe, 35, from Ffordd Spoonley, Llansantffraid, appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court – sitting at Telford Magistrates' Court – on Thursday, September 28 to face four charges.
He pleaded not guilty to three charges of causing actual bodily harm to one claimant between July 1 and August 7 this year, with the alleged attacks including punching and kicking on their face and sternum.

Rowe denied a fourth charge of making a threat to kill to the same claimant, who feared that the threat would be carried out, on August 6 and 7.
Rowe was told by the judge, Recorder Richard Monaghy, that he would face a three-day trial next year with a date on a two-week warned list starting on July 29 and August 5.
He was told he was not to enter Oswestry while on bail and to contact the claimant only through legal representation.
