MONTY’S Brewery has taken a significant step towards supporting the ongoing restoration of the Montgomery Canal by creating a new ale celebrating the waterway.
The canal recently marked a milestone with the opening of another restored section to Crickheath Basin, while efforts are underway to rebuild Schoolhouse Bridge, situated approximately 300 yards along the canal's course.
Owned by Russ and Pam Honeyman, Monty's Brewery has always held a keen interest in the canal and its historical significance - and has now produced Navigation Pale Ale in honour of the work.
Russ expressed his enthusiasm for contributing to the volunteers' efforts in revitalizing the canal.
