THIEVES stole £3,000 of cigarettes and tobacco products when they broke into an A5 service station near Oswestry in the early hours of this morning.
West Mercia Police said the Shell service station at Weston Rhyn was hit at around 2.30am.
“At approximately 2.30am persons unknown have gained access to the garage and have taken in the region of £3,000 of cigarettes and tobacco products,” said the force in a statement.
“Access was gained via a fire exit and the power was cut.”
