Legally Blonde JR follows the journey of Elle Woods, a sorority girl who sets out to win back her ex-boyfriend by enrolling in Harvard Law School, only to discover her own potential and become a successful lawyer.
Along the way, Elle faces various challenges and obstacles, including the prejudices of her peers and the doubts of her professors, but ultimately proves herself through hard work and determination.
Aimed at pupils aged nine to 18 the academy offers weekly sessions in acting, singing and dancing and is non-selective, meaning that anyone can join without auditioning.
Looking ahead to the summer term, the academy is moving into its ‘industry workshop’ term, which will see guest workshops from other industry professionals.
Kicking the term off is Laura Harrison, an actor who recently performed the role of Elphaba in Wicked (West End).
