- The second day of the Rebecca Steer murder trial is due to begin at Stafford Crown Court this morning (Thursday, April 20) from 10.30am.
- Stephen McHugh, of Park Hall, near Oswestry, denies murdering the 22-year-old, from Llanymynech, in an incident in Oswestry town centre.
- Yesterday, heard the prosecution open its case and the first two witnesses appeared. Today will see a further seven witnesses taken to the stand.
