RADIO host and author Rev Richard Coles is to visit Oswestry later in the year to talk about his new book.
The Holroyd Community Theatre will be the venue for an evening with the bestselling author - and former member of pop group The Communards - where he will talk about his new novel.
Booka Bookshop will host the broadcaster as he talks about his new new novel A Death in the Parish, sequel to his number one bestseller Murder Before Evensong.
In an announcement on Facebook, Booka said: “Cosy crime fans can give praise and rejoice and look forward to what is sure to be an entertaining evening.
“We look forward to welcoming the Reverend Richard Coles to Oswestry.”

The evening is set to start at 7.30pm, with doors closing at 6.45pm, on Tuesday, June 13, at The Holroyd Community Theatre.
Until 2022, when he retired from clerical duties, the author was a Church of England priest in Finedon, Northamptonshire.
He is the half a dozen books, such as his autobiography Fathomless Riches and the bestseller The Madness of Grief.

Murder Before Evensong was the first book in the Canon Clement Mystery series, and reached an instant number one Sunday Times bestseller.
Reverend Coles also regularly writes for Sunday Times.
Ticket prices start at £20, and that includes one’s admission and a signed copy of A Death in the Parish, or £30, which admits two with one signed copy of the book.
