A ROAD traffic collision near Oswestry saw one casualty left in the care of paramedics earlier on Monday (January 2).
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Services (SFRS) received a call following a collision in Hengoed at around 9.30am.
They dispatched two fire appliances including the rescue tender, with an operations officer in attendance.
Crews used small gear equipment to deal with the incident.
A spokesperson from SFRS said: "One private saloon vehicle was involved in road traffic collision.
"One casualty now in the care of ambulance service."
The stop message, that confirmed no further assistance was needed, was received by the control at 10.01am.
