A VEHICLE striking the front of the former Argos building in Oswestry town centre led to officers beign called out, West Mercia Police has confirmed.
Police were called out on Thursday, December 1, to a vehicle crashing into building which, according to local reports, left the former store's roller shutter damaged and glass doors smashed.
West Mercia Police said it received reports of a single vehicle collision at the old Argos store in Smithfield Street in Oswestry, on Thursday, December 1, at around 10.30pm.

A spokesman, from the police, said: "We received reports at around 10.30pm yesterday, of a single vehicle collision on Smithfield Street in Oswestry.
"Officers attended the scene, where a vehicle had gone into a building.
"No arrests were made and no injuries were reported."
Local reports say that the car crashed into the store front, damaging the roller shutter and smashing the glass doors.
