A WOMAN who allegedly caused hundreds of pounds of damage to a water tank in Oswestry will stand trial next year.
Ceri Roberts, 37 and Pant Dafydd Goch in Pontfadog – near Chirk – appeared before Telford Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, November 29 accused of causing criminal damage to property valued under £5,000.
She is accused of causing £214 worth of damage to a water tank belonging to William Black between November 27 and November 28, 2021.
She pleaded not guilty to the offence and will stand trial at Telford Magistrates Court on May 5, 2023 from 10am.
She was given unconditional bail.
