AN OSWESTRY man will be given more time to consider his plea on a charge of threatening behaviour after appearing without legal representation at Telford Magistrates Court.
Sean Mannion, 29 and of Unicorn Road, appeared at court on Friday but did not have legal representation, though indicated he would plead not guilty to making a threat to burn down the house of Paula Taylor on October 25 this year.

He told the court that he had only been told about the summons last Friday and had not time to organise legal representation.
Magistrates told the defendant that, if convicted, he could face a custodial sentence and advised him to get advice on what to do.
He will return to Telford Magistrates Court on Tuesday, November 29.
