AN OSWESTRY man who drove while disqualified or without a licence in 2017 has been fined £400 by Kidderminster Magistrates Court after the offence caught up with him
Radostin Dimitrov, 30, appeared at the court on Friday, November 4 as it stood in for Suffolk Magistrates Court as the offence, on December 2, 2017, took place in its county town of Ipswich.
The court heard that on that date, Dimitrov drove a Peugeot 406 down Gaye Street and Granville Street, in Ipswich, while disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence.
He pleaded guilty to the offence in court last week and was fined £400 by magistrates.
Dimitrov was also ordered topay £135 in costs and £40 victim surcharge, while his licence was endorsed with six points.
He also pleaded guilty to driving without insurance but did not face any separate penalties for that offence.
