THE trailer for the latest Netflix adaptation of DH Lawrence's Lady Chatterley's Lover, which was filmed in Llanfyllin, has been released.
And it seems that the film – starring Emma Corrin and Jack O'Connell – is maintaining the book's controversial and 'saucy' material as the trailer, released this week, shows plenty of the titular character's flesh.
And Emma Corrin, who had previously played Lady Diana Spencer in The Crown, joins in as they get steamy with their co-star in scene filmed around Lake Vyrnwy last year.
The trailer sets out the story of of Lady Constance Chatterley and her lover Mellors, played by O'Connell, with a post First World War backdrop.

Filming took place around the lake in September 2021 as the actors were set up at the top of the popular tourist destination, although proving elusive to be discovered more.
With a small cinematic release planned for the end of this month – from Wednesday, November 23 onward – it will hit Netflix in time for the start of Christmas on Friday, December 2.
O'Connell has previously said that the adaptation is a 'female-focussed' retelling of the controversial story, which was the last from Lawrence.
