A TEENAGER from Welshampton has appeared in court after breaking his bail conditions.
Billy-Joe Davies was arrested by police officers on August 9 after he failed to observe a curfew between the hours of 7pm and 7am, which was put in place by Shrewsbury Crown Court in July.
Kidderminster Magistrates' Court was told that the 18-year-old was electronically tagged.
He is currently awaiting a crown court appearance after he was accused of trespassing and stealing vapes and other items worth £350 from The Plugz Store in Shrewsbury in February, this year.

The court agreed to allow Davies bail ahead of a hearing at Shrewsbury Crown Court on Friday, August 19, but with the condition that the curfew remain in place and that he not contact certain people.
Magistrates said this was to "prevent interference with witnesses or otherwise obstruct the course of justice, whether in relation to the defendant or any other person, to prevent offending."
