In last week’s letters John Lowarch was incorrect in his analysis ‘vote Liberal, end up with a Labour Government ‘.

The last time our country voted tactically in large numbers, we ended up with 57 Lib Dem MP’s, who then jumped into bed with the Tories with some alacrity.

The numbers were there to form a Lib-Lab Government, but the LibDems chose not to.

There has been nothing in the last 12 years to suggest the LibDems have changed their position. The correct analysis is vote Lib Dem and guarantee another five years of Tory rule.
