A cycle path.
Just a thought re: the rail track between Oswestry and Gobowen.
I understand that there is a desire to re-open this track to serve as a connection for the people of Oswestry to the mainline trains running through Gobowen, but would this truly be the best way forward?
How about generating a cycle path instead? How about that cycle path being covered in overhead solar panels? How about the remaining railway track being converted into such a cycle path towards Maesbury Industrial Estate and beyond?
Wouldn’t this be a safer, greener, and healthier way to travel about?
Travel that was more 21st century than 19th century.
Like I say, just a thought!
