WEST Felton Carnival is making a comeback Sunday July 10, for the first time in two years and the whole village is thrilled to take out their floats and stalls.
The judges this year will consist of the Oswestry Town Crier Phil Brown, his wife and two members of staff from the Movement Centre.
The king and queen, William D'arcy Hinton and Molly Dulson, will head the procession, tailed by floats, dancers, gymnastic, vintage vehicles and Porthywaen Band.
The "Big Day" parade will start from the Punch Bowl at 1.30pm but the road will be closed from 1pm, and it will be followed by the presentation of prizes and entertainment on the stage all afternoon.
There will be stalls, BBQ, bar, W.I. Teas, Birds of Prey, Porthywaen Band, and for the first time the weather will be allowing for a hot air balloon and a fun fair.
If you want a great family afternoon go along and see what the village of West Felton has to offer.
